Born in Bassano del Grappa, Marco grew up between Italy, the UK, and Switzerland. He holds a degree in Economics and Management and gained valuable experience in business development before joining Dealroom, a data startup in Amsterdam that focuses on tracking startups and investors active in the private market.
In 2020, Marco co-founded Specter, where he is transforming the private market by providing investors and businesses with alternative data feeds and investments strategies, allowing them to make informed decisions and gain a competitive edge.
His passion for innovation and exploration led him to become a digital nomad, working while traveling the world. However, as the pandemic changed everything, Marco settled in London, where he currently resides.
As the founder of Specter, Marco is exposed to the latest and most innovative technologies, which allow him to explore new and exciting ways of doing business. His work involves using data to uncover patterns and insights that were once hidden, allowing startups and investors to connect and understand each other better.
